I have decades worth of movement/somatic practice and teaching experience. It is a true love of mine to guide and share space with other moving, breathing bodies. I have been an internationally certified pilates mat instructor since 2008 and integrate all my continual movement learning into this practice from anatomy to trauma-informed to creative ritual.

Breath, acceptance and working from inner to outer is the foundation of my teaching philosophy when building strength and agency in the body. I love to support folx in developing a loving relationship with their amazing, capable bodies as they commit to practices that help them live the life they want to. I aim to hold a caring and inspired space for connection and movement. One that is inclusive of and enriching to all bodies, identities, presentations and abilities.
